Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 9, 2026
Welcome to Easy Pages (“Easy Pages,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a website design and development service operated by ORI 1986 LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://easypages.online, and the products and services offered through it.
By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or entering into a service agreement with Easy Pages, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Easy Pages provides professional website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services, primarily using Webflow.
Our services may include:
- One-page website design and development.
- Multi-page website design and development.
- Monthly website ownership plans.
- One-time website purchases.
- Website hosting and ongoing maintenance.
- Additional customization and related services.
The specific features, deliverables, pricing, and limitations of each service are described on our website, at checkout, or in a separate written agreement.
Services outside the agreed project scope may be subject to additional fees.
2. Plans and Pricing
Easy Pages offers two primary payment options.
Monthly Website Plans
Customers pay a recurring monthly fee covering website design, development, hosting, and maintenance during the ownership payment period.
The standard ownership payment periods are:
- One-page websites: 18 successful monthly payments.
- Multi-page websites: 24 successful monthly payments.
Once the required ownership payments have been completed, the subscription transitions to a hosting and maintenance plan at $29 per month, unless canceled or otherwise agreed.
One-Time Website Purchases
Customers may purchase a website through a one-time payment at the price displayed at checkout or agreed upon in writing.
Following the one-time purchase, hosting and maintenance are available through a recurring subscription, generally priced at $29 per month.
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes or additional third-party fees may be charged where required.
We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases. Changes affecting existing recurring subscriptions will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law.
3. Payments and Recurring Billing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another designated payment provider.
By subscribing to a recurring plan, you authorize Easy Pages and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms disclosed at checkout.
Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled in accordance with these Terms.
After completing the required ownership payments, monthly website plans automatically transition to the applicable hosting and maintenance subscription at $29 per month, as disclosed during purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and a valid payment method.
If payment fails, we may contact you to resolve the issue. Continued nonpayment may result in suspension of services or website hosting, subject to reasonable notice and applicable law.
4. Website Development and Delivery
Website development begins after we receive the information, content, and materials reasonably necessary to begin the project.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the selected plan, project complexity, and customer responsiveness.
Delays in providing required materials, feedback, or approvals may affect delivery schedules.
Unless otherwise agreed, project communication, updates, and revision requests will be handled by email.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
5. Revisions and Additional Requests
Each project includes the customization and revisions described in the selected plan or written agreement.
Revisions generally include adjustments within the originally agreed project scope.
Requests involving additional pages, significant redesigns, new functionality, or work outside the original scope may require additional payment.
Any additional charges will be communicated before the extra work begins.
6. Website Ownership
Monthly Website Plans
Under our monthly website plans, Easy Pages retains ownership of the custom website design and implementation until the required ownership payments have been completed.
Ownership of the agreed website deliverables automatically transfers to the customer after:
- 18 successful monthly payments for a one-page website.
- 24 successful monthly payments for a multi-page website.
Early Buyout
Customers may obtain ownership of their website before completing the standard payment period by paying the remaining unpaid balance of their ownership plan.
The early buyout amount is calculated using the remaining scheduled ownership payments, excluding separately agreed charges or outstanding fees.
Once the remaining balance has been successfully paid, ownership of the agreed website deliverables transfers to the customer.
One-Time Purchases
For one-time website purchases, ownership of the agreed website deliverables transfers to the customer after the full purchase price has been paid and the deliverables have been completed.
Scope of Ownership
Upon satisfaction of the applicable payment requirements, Easy Pages assigns to the customer its transferable intellectual property rights in the custom website design and deliverables created specifically for that customer.
This assignment excludes:
- Webflow software, platform infrastructure, and proprietary technology.
- Third-party fonts, images, plugins, software, and other licensed materials.
- Easy Pages' pre-existing tools, reusable templates, methods, and proprietary design systems.
- Any other materials that Easy Pages does not have the legal right to transfer.
Where Easy Pages' pre-existing materials are incorporated into the completed website, the customer receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use those materials as part of that website, subject to applicable third-party rights.
Customers retain ownership of their own business names, logos, domain names, and content supplied to Easy Pages.
Technical Website Transfer
Legal ownership and technical hosting are separate.
Customers who have acquired ownership may continue hosting their websites through Easy Pages or request a technical transfer to their own supported Webflow account or another compatible arrangement.
Technical transfers are subject to platform capabilities and requirements. Customers are responsible for any third-party subscriptions or hosting fees associated with their new arrangement.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel their recurring subscriptions by contacting hello@easypages.online or using any other cancellation method made available by Easy Pages.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges after it becomes effective. Charges already incurred remain payable, subject to applicable law.
Cancellation Before Ownership
Customers who cancel a monthly website plan before completing the required ownership payments or an early buyout do not acquire ownership of the website design and implementation.
Their permission to use the website under the subscription ends when the service terminates.
Hosting may be discontinued at the end of the paid billing period.
Cancellation After Ownership
Customers who have completed the ownership payments or an early buyout retain ownership of their agreed website deliverables even if they cancel hosting and maintenance.
They may request a technical transfer of their eligible website deliverables before hosting ends.
Cancellation of hosting does not revoke ownership rights already acquired.
8. Hosting and Maintenance
Easy Pages provides website hosting and maintenance according to the selected plan.
Hosting and maintenance generally include:
- Website hosting through Webflow or another designated provider.
- Routine technical upkeep.
- Reasonable assistance with hosting-related issues.
- Maintenance necessary to support the continued operation of the existing website.
Unless expressly included in the selected plan, maintenance does not include unlimited content changes, redesigns, new pages, additional features, or third-party subscription fees.
We aim to provide reliable website availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Website availability may be affected by third-party platforms, hosting infrastructure, domain providers, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If hosting services are canceled or terminated, the website may become unavailable through Easy Pages' hosting infrastructure.
9. Domain Names
Customers are responsible for purchasing, renewing, and maintaining ownership of their domain names unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Easy Pages may assist customers with connecting their domains to their websites.
Customers remain responsible for domain registration fees, renewals, and maintaining access to their domain registrar accounts.
Easy Pages is not responsible for website interruptions caused by expired domains, incorrect customer-managed DNS settings, or domain registrar issues outside our control.
10. Refunds
Because our services involve customized digital design and development work, refunds may be limited once work has begun.
Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the services provided, work completed, circumstances of the request, and applicable law.
Payments for subscription billing periods that have already begun are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
Customers who experience a billing issue or believe they are entitled to a refund should contact hello@easypages.online, preferably within seven days of the relevant charge.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer protection, cancellation, or refund rights available under applicable law.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information, necessary materials, and timely feedback during website development.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that content they provide, including text, logos, photographs, videos, and other materials, does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Customers are also responsible for reviewing and approving the accuracy of their website content before publication.
Unless expressly included in the agreed services, customers are responsible for their own business-related legal requirements, including applicable privacy notices, cookie consent, advertising disclosures, accessibility obligations, and consumer protection requirements.
Easy Pages is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of content supplied or approved by the customer.
12. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Use
Easy Pages retains ownership of its pre-existing designs, templates, software tools, processes, and proprietary materials.
Customers receive the ownership rights or licenses described in Section 6 after satisfying the applicable payment requirements.
Customers may not independently resell, redistribute, or commercially license Easy Pages' proprietary templates or reusable design systems as standalone products without written permission.
Easy Pages may display completed websites, screenshots, and project descriptions in its portfolio or marketing materials, unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
Customers retain their rights to their own trademarks, logos, and business materials.
13. Third-Party Services
Our websites and services may rely on third-party providers, including Webflow, Stripe, Google, Tally, domain registrars, and other integrations.
These providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and service conditions.
Easy Pages is not responsible for third-party outages, changes in pricing, discontinuation of services, or actions outside our reasonable control.
Customers may be required to maintain separate accounts or subscriptions for certain third-party services.
14. No Guarantee of Business Results
Easy Pages provides website design, development, and related technical services.
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, website traffic, customer inquiries, leads, sales, revenue, or other business outcomes.
Results may depend on factors outside our control, including competition, marketing activities, customer operations, and market conditions.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Pages and ORI 1986 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims arising from a particular service will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer to Easy Pages for that service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated where required by applicable law.
Changes will not retroactively remove ownership rights already acquired by customers.
