Refunds & Cancellations

1. Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally unavailable once website development has begun, except where required by law. Refund requests are reviewed individually.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges, subject to any outstanding payments. Fees already paid are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law.

3. Website Ownership

If you cancel before completing 18 payments (one-page website) or 24 payments (multi-page website), you will not receive ownership of the website unless you pay the remaining balance through an early buyout.

Once ownership has been acquired, you may cancel hosting and maintenance without losing your ownership rights.
